You will own end-to-end annotation quality on client engagements spanning LiDAR, medical imaging, and NLP datasets — working directly with our QA reviewers and, for complex programmes, with client ML engineers.

Responsibilities
- Annotate and adjudicate complex multi-modal datasets to gold-set standard
- Lead calibration sessions and error-taxonomy reviews for your pod
- Mentor junior specialists through the onboarding curriculum
- Escalate guideline ambiguities and draft policy clarifications
- Meet per-batch accuracy and throughput targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional data annotation or labelling experience
- Demonstrated experience with at least two modalities (image, video, LiDAR, text, audio)
- Meticulous attention to detail with documented quality metrics
- Comfortable with annotation tooling (CVAT, Label Studio, or proprietary platforms)
- Strong written English for guideline work
